Is the Qunomedical Service Fee (QSF) refundable?
The Qunomedical Service Fee is non-refundable with the following two exceptions:
- You are medically not able to travel or not eligible to proceed with your booked treatment and prove this to us with a written statement of a medical doctor, latest 7 days before the date of your booked treatment
- You cancel your treatment within 14 days after your booking
